This Yoga class has been carefully formulated to best enable us to smoothly and comfortably navigate the Astrological (Informed by Barbara Goldsmith – Astrologer) and Numerological (calculated by Kylie Blacksell – Numerologist) energy of the planet and society for this New Moon in Aquarius 5th Feb 2019, and the week leading up to and following it.
Kylie takes you through a beautiful sequence that will encourage resourcefulness, dynamic creativity, spontaneity, enthusiasm, emotional and mental balance, clarity and focus. The two asanas encourage insight, clarity, generosity, flexibility, gratitude and a capacity to see your truth.
And the 20 min Deep Relaxation, as always, allows all of this beautiful energy to settle in your body, and deeply relaxes, restores, rejuvenates and re-energises you, in preparation for the very special 10 min meditation at the conclusion of the class, and for your coming week!
