Have you been feeling like you’ve really been stuck in a rut and in a bit of a “funk” these past few months, and now it might finally be time to get moving, but you’re not quite sure on how to make it happen? Well, there’s a very good reason for that (Astrologically and Numerologically speaking), and in turn, a very good remedy (this yoga class)!
This Yoga class has been carefully formulated to best enable us to smoothly and comfortably navigate the Astrological (Informed by Pam Gregory – Astrologer) and Numerological (calculated by Kylie Blacksell – Numerologist) energy of the planet and society for this New Moon in Virgo 10th Sept 2018, and the week leading up to and following it.
This New Moon (and the positioning of other planets this fortnight) brings with it a powerful energy that makes it an exceptional time to clean up and detox our body, mind and environment, and to seriously step forward into, and manifest into reality our big, new and exciting intentions!
Simultaneously, Mars is still “out of bounds” and square Uranus, which brings with it the potential for people to be volatile, eruptive, impulsive, impatient, irritable and frustrated.
With a 3 Universal day in a 2 Universal Month, in a 2 Universal year, this New Moon also brings a need to step into our creative realm, to trust our intuition, to communicate our truth and to manifest balance and healthy boundaries, whilst at the same time be cooperative and harmonious with those around us.
With all of this in mind, Kylie takes you through a very powerful sequence that encourages pure and clear intentions, vitality and enthusiasm for success, determination, stability and poise. Enabling you to significantly increase the clarity and strength needed to overcome obstacles and you strive towards new projects and relationships.

And the 20 min Deep Relaxation, as always, allows all of this beautiful energy to settle in your body, and deeply relaxes, restores, rejuvenates and re-energises you, in preparation for the very special 10 min meditation at the conclusion of the class, and for your coming week!
