As a mother of two, a business owner, Yoga teacher and CrossFit coach, I can feel drained by mid week.
I have days where I would much rather binge watch my shows then get up and move. Sometimes that is just what the body and mind need, but I promise you will feel better if you quick hop on the mat and practice along to this video.
Re-evaluate how you feel! Maybe you would rather get out in the fresh air with a friend. Maybe you think I am crazy, and still have plans for with your couch for the rest of the day. In that case, I just finished Chilling Adventures of Sabrina on Netflix, and LOVED IT!
