Today all over the world there are various programs and activities planned for yoga. Yoga is something that helps us to maintain and improve our health.

With the regular practice of yoga we can get rid of lot of ailments even without the use of medicines.

So today on this special INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY let’s take a pledge to keep ourselves fit and healthy.As we all know that health is wealth….so we have to find some time for ourselves in an entire day to practice meditation and yoga to keep us alive and kicking.
