Yoga for Total Beginners!
If you are brand new to yoga, this class series is just for you.
In class 2 of 5, I teach you how to do the 3 basic standing poses: Warrior 2, Side Angle Pose, and Triangle Pose.
You’ll learn how to take the appropriate distance for your stance and the best alignment for these poses, as well as how to transition into and out of these poses so you are safe throughout.

Once you feel steady in these 3 poses, you’ll be able to do almost every other standing pose with more awareness and confidence because these poses lay the foundation for nearly all other standing poses in yoga!

This 5-class series is the perfect way to build a strong foundation for your brand new yoga practice!
Make sure to do them in order. Pause and repeat as many times as you need in order to understand something that might feel new or tricky.
