Yoga for Total Beginners!
If you are brand new to yoga, this class series is just for you.
In class 4 of 5, I’ll teach you the basics of backbending with 3 of the foundational backbends in yoga (including cobra pose and bridge pose), as well as the primary actions to keep your shoulders stable, strong, and supple.
The actions and alignment you’ll learn in this practice will inform all other backbends you learn as your practice grows and advances.
This 5-class series is the perfect way to build a strong foundation for your brand new yoga practice!
Make sure to do them in order. Pause and repeat as many times as you need in order to understand something that might feel new or tricky.
