When I was pregnant with my first baby, I’d wake up every morning with numb, tingly hands and wrists. It was SO annoying! A consistent yoga practice geared toward my hands and wrists was my saving grace.

Carpal Tunnel is one of quite a few conditions that is more likely to occur or worsen during pregnancy (yay!). In this video, we’ll look at some ways yoga can help with carpal tunnel, acid reflux, and swollen feet (also known as edema). You’ll also learn some modifications for these conditions should they arise during your time in prenatal yoga class (or any other yoga class you take for that matter.).
