This 20 minute Beginners Yoga class is for you if you are new to Yoga, or have not done it for a long time.
Remember the best time to start is now, and please don’t feel it has to be perfect. A successful yoga class is when you feel really good at the end of it. It’s not about how good you are at the poses.
Don’t worry if you feel awkward and can’t quite do everything. It’s your journey, and the beauty of doing it at home is that no-one is watching. Just give it a go and appreciate how good you feel afterwards :).
