This Yoga practice is a 40min sequence to strengthen the muscles of the core and those supporting the core, rotator cuff and the glutes. It’s a short but strong little practice to engage and activate muscles that most Yoga practices leave out.
The rotator cuff, or shoulder muscles, and the hip and pelvic floor muscles, are often overworked or underused. Especially in our sedentary world, we need to activate and often reestablish correct muscle use to remedy muscular imbalances of these areas in the body.
