Yoga for “Digestion & Bloating” – Pre/Post Natal and everyone else too! This is a great Yoga series to use if you are feeling congested, bloated and a little sluggish.

I will help to get things moving gently. Stimulation of the Stomach and Spleen meridians as well the Liver/Gallbladder, Kidney/Urinary Bladder. Gently coaxing the Chi helps enormously to restore harmony and balance.
