Yoga for endometriosis. It sucks right? Painful periods, pelvic pain, PMS, perhaps numerous surgeries to remove fibroids or endometriosis … the list goes on. Endometriosis is part of the lives of so many women and yet it is generally not diagnosed until women have had it for years and years. I went for 20 years without a diagnosis and had surgery for endometriosis in 2018 so I know how you feel!

This week’s free yoga video will help to ease the pain from endometriosis, pelvic pain, fibroids, period pain, general abdominal pain and post surgery pain – recommended only for 12 weeks after surgery and only then once you have been signed off by your consultant as able to do exercise. Always listen closely to your body and never push it beyond its capabilities.

Have you just had abdominal surgery or are you about to? I have specific videos covering healing and recovery exercises from weeks 1 (right when you are in your hospital bed) through to week 12. Week 1 can be found here – https://youtu.be/ka-PaKZN9kc

This video is aimed at all levels, bringing yoga to you. You can play this video for free by streaming on to your TV or via your phone/laptop/computer. Take some time for you.
