Welcome to the yoga video you’re going to loveeeeee – Yoga for Low Back Pain.

This practice is for all of us, because let’s be real, we all sit too damn much & our poor backs need a break from it.

Whether you suffer from chronic back pain, acute back pain, here and there back pain, or no back pain – this is a wonderful sequence to layer into your current practice.

I do recommend two props to enrich your back love experience, but they’re definitely not required.

-Bolster or big pillow
-Block or square like object
