Join me for just 30-minutes of yoga, lunch break yoga, morning yoga or evening yoga, this yoga sequence can be squeezed easily into your daily routine. To help you gain flexibility, increase strength, and get the body moving when you sit all day long in an office chair. Get your friends, colleges and family members to join in too, because this instructional yoga class is perfect for everyone. Total yoga beginners are welcome!

Simply do what you can and accept what you can’t. This half an hour yoga class will not only increase flexibility, and improve strength, but will help you know how to holistically heal pain and relieve stress which in turn will prevent future ailments from arising. Allow yoga to be your medicine.
