This prenatal yoga video is designed to move the whole body, helping to release tension, increasing stability and support, and helping you to feel more relaxed and comfortable. This 30 minute sequence is a gentle slow flow based on my own home practice from first trimester, which I found really helpful when I wanted to feel more comfortable in my own skin.

I offer options and modifications on the poses so you can tailor the practice to suit your body, your growing belly and your energy levels.
