FIRST – I want you to be as SAFE as possible while doing yoga…

Second of all… you are cleared by a doctor to do yoga.

THIRD… You have an OLDER disc injury… NOT a new one… (also if you JUST had a slipped disc recently I’m pretty sure a doctor would’t clear you to do yoga…)

FORTH… you’ve done some basic yoga before and YOU PERSONALLY feel okay with trying out a few postures..

FIFTH… These series of postures i’m about show you is for people who have disc issues in their LOWER back…If you have disc issues in your neck – that’s a much more serious issue and you need to seek WAY more qualified advice than I am about to give you…
