YOGA FOR TIGHT HAMSTRINGS // A slow moving Yoga practice with clear instructions to learn key Yoga poses to open the hamstrings. This sequence is a must for anyone with tight hamstrings!

It is a twenty minute sequence of stretching to open the problematic area of the Hamstrings and create greater flexibility.

In this practice we will move through effective Yoga stretches to open the hamstrings that have successfully helped me. . .

This video is for all levels and suitable for beginners. if you are beginner then take it slow, keep your knees bent and always release a pose early if you need to, build up to holding for longer periods over time.

An Yogic squat to open the hips and a High Plank pose to strengthen the core and entire body will also make an appearance.

We explore the art of letting go or “surrendering” into the sensation in order to soften the body and create greater flexibility.
