Yoga Sequence that features several movements, all related to a table top position, including a partial modification of a classical sun salutation, that are designed to increase bone density (particularly in the wrists, elbows and knees). In order to practice this sequence, you must already be comfortable bearing some weight on the wrists and knees – HOWEVER, you can experiment with placing more padding under the knees to reduce sensation and or place the hands farther forward than the shoulders to reduce the pressure on the wrists.
