Welcome friends!

Confidence is something I lacked and something I continue to work on! At my heaviest I weighed in around 250 pounds. I didn’t have much self-worth.

When I started my weightless journey, it was just to lose weight.

However, something more important happened through physical fitness and the tools of Yoga.

I started gaining strength, flexibility and was able to accomplish poses that I never thought possible. I started having confidence in myself that I could do more, and that is worth more than any amount of weight loss.

Today’s practice is a little challenging, but what better place to challenge yourself than in the comfort of your own home!
