Hey Guys!

Yoga for Weight loss and Toning is something a lot of people have requested me. So I decided to do a short series on this!

In this first episode, we will be concentrating on upper body – Arms, Shoulders and Upper Back. This routine will help in toning and building strength in these areas. As you gain stamina, you can increase the number of sets.

This will be a great way to connect with your breath, burn some calories and gain some strength. So let’s hop onto the mat and get cracking!
