All physical practices are only a stepping ladder to aid your weight loss goals, the main focus should be towards leading a healthy lifestyle with emphasis on eating the right way, keeping your mind and body happy all the time.
Yoga can certainly help in aiding weight loss by improving your metabolism, mind control and increasing your bone density all of which are directly related to a stronger and fitter you ?
