Yoga Burn is a comprehensive online yoga course directed toward women only.

It is unique in that it is designed to help women lose weight and tone their bodies while participating in calm and relaxing yoga that does not include any harsh or intense cardio exercises. The course is comprised of nine workout videos, all of which are approximately forty-five minutes long. These videos are divided into three phases, entitled Foundational Flow, Transitional Flow, and Mastery Flow, which include three videos each. The phases are designed specifically to build on one another in order to become more challenging and effective as the videos and phases progress. Women who participate in the online course are expected to go through the three videos of each phase within one week. However, in order to maximize the results of the program, they are instructed to repeat the three videos in each phase for a period of four weeks before moving on to the consequent phase.

1. Foundational Flow Phase

Phase one of the program is the foundational flow phase. This phase is designed for beginners and it gives you all of the necessary information and instruction that you need to build a foundational knowledge in yoga. During this stage, the program teaches you how to perform every pose safely so that you mitigate your risk of injury. Also, the different strategic poses and sequences give you exactly what you need to burn pesky fat throughout your body.

2. The Transitional Flow Phase

Phase two of the program is the transitional flow phase. During this phase, the program starts to merge the first and third phases together and create precise sequences that you implement into your yoga routine. With this phase, you not only boost your metabolism, but you cause it to skyrocket with the varying poses that you start to learn. As the program explains, this phase also features a segment that is focused on your buttocks so that you can get at tighter and toned behind.
3. The Mastery Flow Phase

Phase three of the program is the mastery flow phase. Here, you grow to become a master at yoga. This phase utilizes everything that you learned in the first and second phases and builds upon that knowledge. During this phase, you also start doing poses that enhance your mood, eliminates all of your problem areas, and tightens your body as a whole.
