Welcome to week 2 of my six week yoga challenge – Yoga for Weight Loss – Legs and Hips
This 30 minute yoga flow is both energizing, AND calming and clarifying. It will give you a full body workout with a special emphasis on the legs and hips, and it will help you build inner confidence, courage and strength as you realize the amazing potential within you. This practice is great for all levels, including beginners.
Each practice in this six week yoga challenge elevates your energy, burns calories and fat, and tones muscle to help you reach and maintain a healthy body weight, all while having FUN! I believe a healthy body weight is NOT about how you look, it’s about how you feel. And if you feel that extra weight is keeping you from experiencing all the joy and energy and beauty that you are, then this practice is for you.
The practices in this 6 week challenge can be done in any order. So feel free to start here in week 2, or go back to week 1 and do them sequentially, it’s up to you. Most importantly, HAVE FUN! ??
