Life is full of distractions. I don’t know about you, but with two young boys, pets, family and career (and the list goes on and on), I don’t find many peaceful moments to myself. That includes my yoga practices.

So, lay down your mat.

Tune out the screaming kiddos. Ignore the barking dogs, and just move….for 20 minutes.

I promise it will all be there for you when you are done, yet you will feel a little more equipped to handle it all!
