Hi! I’m Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! Today I am sharing a 15 minute yoga sequence for back fat a.k.a. bra bulge. This is a problem area for many of us, and it is always great to learn which exercises target which areas of your body.

This short yoga class offers you some excellent yoga for weight loss exercises that strengthen and tone the muscles in your upper back. This routine is also very energizing and will uplift you better than a cup of coffee!!

Throughout this sequence, we will be moving through uttitha hastasana in tadasana (mountain pose), cat and cow stretches, tricky cat, low cobra arches, and salabasana (locust pose). You can take a savasana after the routine if you would like to.
