This 20 minute Energizing Morning Yoga Flow is a great way to kick start your day. Lead by Kim Navarra, this well-rounded yoga flow will help to warm up the body, boost digestion and metabolism, energize the mind and get your stretch and sweat in before beginning the day. Start your day off right – with a little moving and shaking and a lot of Sweat! Will work with a wide variety of standing Asanas and sprinkle some balance and inversion postures here and there! Have Fun
Please be advised to take the following program as a 10 class course as a complement to your yoga practice and always remember to listen to your body and rest anytime you need during the sequence. During the shooting of this 10 class Yoga series Kim was 6 months into her sweet waiting and the excercises presented are not in anyway recommended for pregnant women in general.
