I only added a few of my workouts I did this a.m , the Doctor told me I had to take it easy and low impact(which is hard for me) so I still had to go and move my body so I didn’t feel stiff. I Hope this helps you guys, these are daily stretches for me.
VERY good for the body,
Helps a lot with my pain(especially right now) in my hips or whenever I’m sore. MAKE sure to hold each exercise for at least 15-30 seconds, I don’t on here for the purpose of the video length.
