Cow Pose : Marjariasana

Step 1:
Keep the knees hip distance apart with arms. in one straight line

Step 2:
Push the palms into the ground & inhale. Start to arch the back & look towards the sky

Step 3:
Exhale, curl the spine in & bring the chin to the chest

Step 4:
Come back to the neutral position, extend the left palm & the right leg

Step 5:
Push away from the ground with the right palm. Pull back with the right toe & reach forward with the left palm

Step 6:
Start to bend the back knee, take the arm back & hold onto the ankle, reaching the foot up towards the sky

Step 7:
To release, let go of the ankle, drop the palm & drop the knee. Curl the spine into a curve & push away from the palms

Step 8:
Repeat with sides switched. End in a child’s pose
