Enjoy this work out! Really take your time and breathe through your stretches! This is just 10 easy poses that I use mostly for back pain ( I am 22.. why do I have back pain? ) These always help SO much. Sometimes after I go through this workout I will still lay on a heating pad and that will really help me to relax as well.
