I decided to share some of my yoga throughout pregnancy this time. I have a goal to gain less weight than in my last three pregnancies. I want to inspire you and hold myself accountable. This video is sped up and cut down rather than sharing 30 minutes. I hope this encourages you to continue your workouts throughout pregnancy. I am still fighting morning/ all day sickness, but yoga actually helps me fight through the yucky feelings. Namaste friends! ?
