This video is blurry, sped up, missing portions to keep it shorter, and there are dog scratching sounds mixed in the music. My balance is majorly being tested already, and I was joined by my dog and son! I’m not going for perfection, I’m just bringing you on my pregnancy and yoga journey. This is what 17 weeks pregnant with baby number four looks like for me. I love when I get to flow alone, but I absolutely adore when my kids join me!
