This video will guide you in internally generating traction for your lower spine. Many different body types can experience lower back compression. This sequence will help to create length, space, appropriate mobility, fluidity of movement and comfort in the lower back, when the compression has its root cause in tight thoracolumbar fascia, a tight or sleepy psoas, contractions in the abdomen, a tucked pelvis due to tight hamstrings and groins, a rounded lumbar, hyper-lordosis or misaligned lower legs.
