40 Yoga teachers of the Yog Vinyasa institute completed 1008 Suryanamaskar in 5 hours and 50 minutes
The participants were from various age groups. 3 teenage girls, 2 men and 37 women, most of them above 40 years. The youngest girl is just 12 years old and the eldest woman is 61 years old.
The attempt was made after 4 months of suryanamaskar marathons, outdoor boot camps, intensive asana training, cardiovascular workouts and willpower training routines
This event was held by the Yog Vinyasa Institute on 16th February 2018, between 9 am to 3 pm at andheri, mumbai.
