Hi Everyone!
This is a quick 10 minutes yoga routine to blast those love handles and burn belly fat. I have included 5 asanas that I have found to be really effective to tone these two problem areas:
1. Gate pose or Parighasana – Great for toning and reducing love handles
2. Extended side angle pose or Utthita Parsvkonasana – Works on love handles with bonus toning for the thighs & hips!
3. Plank with a twist – Ultimate exercise for strengthening the core and toning the oblique muscles
4. Child Cobra pose or Shashank bhujangasana : Provides a great stretch for the abdominal muscles
5. Spinal Twist or Vakrasana – Massages the abdominal organs as it stretches the core and oblique muscles.
