YOGA WITH BABY – This short and sweet yoga practice is perfect for the postpartum mama (with a doctor’s OK, of course!). And it’s an easy practice to do as your baby lies in front of you on a blanket or a bouncy seat.
This postpartum mommy and me yoga class focuses on:
* Gentle stretches that will help undo the tension created in the shoulders and chest from hours of baby holding
* Beginning to gain core awareness again and some gentle poses you can practice to start to build back core strength
* Accepting that your yoga practice will be different than it was before your baby was born. This is the way it’s SUPPOSED to be!
