YOGA WITH ME | At Home Prenatal Yoga For Beginners

Hi Everyone! Just want to give a quick disclaimer that I am not a professional yogi/instructor. This is no different to the thousands of youtubers posting their “workout routines” and such without being personal trainers/having qualifications etc. I have been attending prenatal yoga classes 1-2 times per week since being 13 weeks pregnant (and have attended regular yoga years prior). I have simply taken my favourite prenatal yoga poses (all learned in the classes I attend) and put them together in this fun little video for you guys!
