Learn how to develop strength control with your yoga practice! These movements can be really helpful when you go about your daily life! You can practice this on the mat, in a studio and especially at home! They’re wonderful short breaks you can take while you’re working!

Here in this video, I demonstrate Sphinx Pose and a Low Lunge w/ added “mobility” (that’s the term for strength with control). It’s lovely to add variety to things you may have been doing the same way, over and over, and to keep your brain and body active!
