Join me, Shana Meyerson, every day in October for a new ONE-MINUTE backbend drill video to help you get deeper into Urdhva Dhanurasana, the granddaddy of all backbends.

Today, the full monty. The moment we’ve all been waiting for. Viparita Chakrasana and back. Drop, flip, handstand drop and stand. Everything we’ve worked on for the month, all rolled up in one!

Even though these are very short videos, try to do at least five reps–or even more to get maximum benefit.

Oh…and practice it until you master it…even if it takes more than a day, a week, or a year. If you are serious about your backbends, it’s worth it!
