Hey everyone! I posted this video on my blog on April 1st, 2018 @ yogacurrent.com. For me, when I watch it I’m happy that I have come so far. I can see my movement in yoga engaging and supporting where my body has lost strength and my form, integrity. In addition, I can see that with the support and activation from these engaging movements, my body takes movement like a kite takes flight. This is a good feeling 🙂 and one to remember when life (sometimes) gets you down. I encourage you to step into a simple yoga sequence, feel your body and connect your breath. Rawr ~
