Low back pain is different for everyone, this is a series of postures that I have found to give me some relief from my chronic pain. I invite you to try this series out to see if some of these poses feel good to you. Remember that taking time to slow down and check in with your back is always a good idea, and I wish you luck finding what helps with your pain.
In this 30 minute practice we will stay laying on our mats or blankets while holding passive yoga poses for a few minutes each. By holding these poses for a longer time you will give your body time to relax and release into the pose.
