⏹Of course, if you work out at a gym you’re all set already! HOME Users here are your required items :
➡️Dumbbells – Light (5-8lbs), Medium (10-12lbs), Heavy ( 20-30lbs)
➡️Kettlebell – 20lbs or a bit lighter based on fitness level (no less than 15lbs)
➡️Plyo Box approximately height 10-14ins at least or ( Sturdy chair or bench)
➡️Stability Physioball – your height
➡️Yoga Mat
