Time Under Tension Workout | This is a 30-minute full body workout where we are going to focus on the time of the set rather than the number of repetitions. Each set is going to be 30 or 45 seconds (depending on the level of difficulty that you choose). You only have 15 seconds between each exercise so it’s helpful to have everything set up (stability ball, dumbbells, and a mat) so you can move quickly between exercises.

The video below is in REAL TIME so you can set it up and do the workout with me to keep you on track. If you are a beginner or have bad knees please omit the plyometrics (#3 & 13) and choose the beginner option.

If you have cardio machine access: warm up for 5-10 minutes.
