This is a typical tabata round. It’s a HIIT, high intensity interval training, drill with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. It’s 4 exercises and 2 rounds. Repeat or play one of the others in this series with a 2 minute break between each 4 minute workout.

There’s no sound except the “start” and “rest” beeps. Put on some music and workout along with me. Or just get some ideas for your own workout or class.
