4 yoga poses to help ease back pain
As a lower back pain sufferer I tried many things to help ease my back pain.
As a high intensity athlete I thought that the best thing for me would be a lower impact activity.
Yoga really helps me realign my spine and hips. Although it did not completely heal me I believe yoga has impacted my spine health significantly.
Here are some of the poses below:
