Join me for an amazing Yin Yoga practice that will help you release tension, stress and increase flexibility in your legs and hips.

Yin Yoga stimulates the connective tissue, joints, ligaments, skeletal system and will help detox your organs from stored energy. A meditative, cooling practice that will leave you in a state of Bliss!

The class is suitable if you if you’re Pregnant (I’m 15 weeks myself). Just be mindful and don’t go to deep into the postures as your body is creating the hormone relaxin which may increase the risk to overstress your ligaments.

Props suggestion: Blanket, pillow, bolster, block.
