This practice focuses on core exercises, strength and flexibility. We’ll do side planks, twists, boat, back bends and reverse planks plus variations. Good for beginners and intermediate to practice various poses.

Personal note: I totally could not balance on my left so you’ll watch me struggle with the poses and totally fail to hold it. Nonetheless I wanted to share a few new things so I hope you more success than me! 🙂 I managed okay on the right side so today so I was happy with that.
