Check out this awesome kinesiotape method to help alleviate pain and create more support around the knee. This is great if you are a runner, weightlifter, yogi, or just struggle with cranky knees.

Note: I forgot to add in the video you can wear the kinesiotape up to 3-5 days. No biggie if it falls off before then. You can also shower with it on as well:)
