Do you need more get-up-and-go in the morning to help you wake up? This energizing yoga class will help to revitalize the body while also increasing strength and flexibility in the legs. For best results if you want to improve leg strength or flexibility I would recommend following this class every other day for at least one month. This 15-minute morning yoga routine is suitable for all levels including beginners, but remember to listen to your own body and any limitations you may have.
