AK89 Relaxing Therapeutic Hatha Yoga for the Upper Back, Neck, Shoulders! Yoga with Bobi Nikolov
The class is great for correcting poor posture, addressing tension headaches, shoulder, neck, back pain, strengthening the upper back muscles, relieving tension in the neck and shoulders.
You will need a stability ball and a yoga block. The block can be substituted with a book, bottle, etc. If you don’t have access to a stability ball you can do the same from the floor or standing bending at a 45 degree angle, keeping the knees bent and the back straight.
The backbend can be done with a rolled up yoga mat.
