Enjoy this sixth installment in Art of Yoga with Cat Justice’s prenatal yoga series. This sequence is designed to help you learn how to adapt your yoga practice to accommodate your growing belly. Different variations on a traditional vinyasa practice are taught, as well as creative ways to approach twists, prone (belly-laying) postures, savasana, and other poses in order to keep your body and your belly safe and happy at this stage of your pregnancy.
As always, listen to your body, stop if there is pain or discomfort, and adapt the practice to your individual needs.
