*HI FRIENDS* I wanted to share my go-to at home 30 minute full body HIIT workout that I’ve been doing weekly throughout my pregnancy. I’m currently 25 weeks and HIIT workouts had been my preferred form of exercise before I got pregnant, so I’ve just modified them to suit my changing body. Please consult your doctor before doing this routine!!! Excited to workout together – let’s get sweaty and fit!! 🙂
THE WORKOUT
50 seconds work // 10 seconds rest (Repeat Circuit Twice)
1. Jumping jacks
2. Banded squats
3. Staggered pushups
4. Curtsy lunge right leg
5. One bent over row / one back fly
6. Curtsy lunge left leg
7. High knees OR jog in place OR butt kicks
8. Romanian Deadlift
9. Donkey kick right leg
10. Commando Plank, walk hands to feet & stand up
11. Donkey kick left leg
12. Squat and press
13. Kettlebell swings
14. Skaters
15. 4 tricep dips / 4 jump squats
